This policy applies to ArtNCraft (artncraft.lovable.app), an online store selling handmade pipe-cleaner crafts. "ArtNCraft", "we" and "us" refer to the ArtNCraft store and this ArtNCraft web application. You can reach us any time through our contact page or on Instagram @artncraft.live.
Signing in with Google
If you choose "Sign in with Google", ArtNCraft receives only your basic profile information (name, email address and profile picture) to create and secure your ArtNCraft account. We never read your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we never sell or share this information. You can disconnect ArtNCraft at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Information we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account or place an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses and, optionally, a profile photo. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
How we use it
Your information is used to process and deliver orders, keep you updated on order status, respond to feedback or complaints, and improve the shop. We never sell your data.
Data sharing
We share only what is necessary with delivery partners and the payment gateway used to complete your purchase. Service providers are bound to use the data solely for that task.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile, saved addresses and order history any time from your account page. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at hello@artncraft.live.
