About these terms

These terms govern your use of ArtNCraft (artncraft.lovable.app), the online store and web application where we sell handmade pipe-cleaner crafts. By placing an order or creating an ArtNCraft account you agree to them.

Shipping charges

Orders with a cart value of ₹200 or more ship free anywhere in India. Orders below ₹200 carry a flat ₹99 shipping charge, which is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery & advance payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a small advance paid online before the order is confirmed. The advance is the shipping charge, or 20% of the order value (whichever applies), capped at ₹99. The remaining balance is paid in cash to the courier at delivery.

For COD orders, the shipping charge and the advance payment are non-refundable — including when the order is cancelled by you, or when the parcel is refused or remains undelivered after delivery attempts.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order from your order page while it is still being prepared. Once the parcel has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Any COD advance already paid is not returned.

Orders

Every item is handmade, so small variations in colour and shape are part of the charm. An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified.

Pricing & offers

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Combo discounts apply automatically when the qualifying quantity is in your cart.

Shipping

Orders are packed carefully and dispatched within a few working days. A tracking number is shared on your order page once the parcel is shipped.

Returns & refunds

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. After 7 days an order is treated as successfully closed and refunds can no longer be processed.
